  Im a regular at this store and its normally pretty good but tonight I received a box of slop that was supposed to be my pasta, it looked disgusting so I thew it out. Now Im hungry angain :( wont buy from there again.

  Ordered pizzas from pacific paradise Pizza Capers the other night, amazing pizza and great customer service. The new management is defiantly better than the old management. Will defiantly be going back again. Highly recommend ordering pizzas from there!

  Usually fantastic. Tonight was terrible, soggy sloppy pizza with loads of missing ingredients. 20 minutes late for delivery so it was barely warm.

  Ordered pizza, pasta and garlic bread takeaway. When we got home noticed the pizza was burnt and very poor. Rang and explained the situation. Didn't get response. Followed it up on Faceboook (with photo of pizza) to which the head office said it was poorly done and the store would contact us. 2 Years late still waiting for a response. I run a very busy hotel with a solid food business. I would have given them a chance but these guys are crap. They don't follow up complaints and seem happy for poor food to go out. Pizza Capers they are letting down your brand and you really should be getting rid of this franchise!

  Now I know why I stopped ordering off the Pacific Paradise store. Service and pizzas far less than average. Don't waste your money. Not worthy of one star.
